The quality and prestige of Arnulfo’s work in the technique of barro bruñido is directly inherited from his father and maestro Don Salvador Vázquez Carmona.

 Arnulfo shares this legacy with a family of creators that enhances the colorful tradition of the municipality of Tonalá, Jalisco. He is a maestro with a mastery in the use of color and brush techniques such that his pieces portray daily scenes of the small pueblos of Mexico as well as catrinas, birds and more traditional animals.
